We're absolutely delighted to finally share some big news with you.
Chummys is opening its very first coffee shop in Droitwich and we'll be opening our doors to the public on Monday 29 June.
This is something we've dreamed about for a long time and honestly, it still feels a little surreal to be writing those words.
For the last six years, Chummys has lived online. We've baked, packed and posted treats all over the UK, helping people celebrate birthdays, say thank you, send care packages and surprise loved ones with something sweet. What started as a small idea has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined, and that's entirely because of you.
Now, we're taking the next step in our journey, and we can't wait to bring you along with us.
From Brownie Boxes to Coffee Cups
When people think of Chummys, they often think of brownie boxes arriving on doorsteps, birthday gifts sent across the country, corporate treats, afternoon teas and sweet surprises for the people they care about.
For six years, that has been at the heart of everything we do.
We've packed thousands of orders, baked countless brownies and cookies, and watched Chummys become part of so many special moments. We've been lucky enough to receive messages from customers celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, new homes, new jobs and all those little moments in between that deserve recognising.
That isn't changing.
Our online bakery will continue exactly as it always has, delivering treats across the UK and helping people send a little happiness through the post.
However, we're now adding something new to the Chummys story.
For the first time ever, you'll be able to visit us in person.
That is something we've wanted to do for a very long time.
Welcome to the Chummys Coffee Shop
Our new coffee shop is more than just a place to grab a drink.
We want it to be somewhere you can slow down for a moment. Somewhere to meet a friend, catch up on work, stop in during your lunch break or simply enjoy a great coffee and a treat.
Whilst we're still putting the finishing touches on everything, we can tell you a little about what to expect.
Customers can look forward to:

- Fresh pastries
- Some familiar Chummys favourites
- A welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
The coffee shop will have its own identity and experience. Rather than simply bringing our website into a physical space, we're creating something that feels fresh, exciting and designed specifically for the people who walk through the door.
Whether you're a coffee lover, a matcha fan or simply looking for somewhere cosy to spend an hour, we hope it becomes a place you'll want to come back to again and again.
A Space Built Around Community
One of the things we've loved most about growing Chummys over the years is the community that has grown around it.
We've had customers order from us for birthdays year after year. We've seen people send treats to friends moving across the country. We've watched businesses use our products to thank their teams and celebrate milestones.
The coffee shop gives us a chance to build on that in a completely new way.
Instead of being part of your day through a parcel arriving at your door, we now get the opportunity to welcome you in person.
We'll be able to see familiar faces, meet customers we've only ever spoken to online and become part of people's daily routines in a way we've never been able to before.
That is something we're incredibly excited about.

After months of planning, decorating, organising and preparing, we are finally ready to welcome you through the doors.
Whether you've been ordering from Chummys for years or have only recently discovered us, we'd love to see you.
Come for a coffee, stop by to say hello, bring a friend or simply pop in to see what we've been working on.
We know there will probably be a few nerves on our side, but mostly there is excitement.

You've cheered us on when we've tried new things and trusted us to be part of some really important moments in your lives.
Opening this coffee shop feels like a celebration of everything we've built together.
Whilst we're incredibly proud of what we've achieved, we're even more grateful for the people who helped us get here.

The Next Chapter Starts Now
This is the biggest step we've taken since Chummys began.
It's exciting, a little nerve-wracking, and something we've worked incredibly hard to make happen.
Most importantly, it's a chance for us to continue growing whilst staying true to what Chummys has always been about, creating moments of happiness through great food, great service and genuine care for our customers.
